We have been training young people in technical and commercial careers for many, many years, so we have endless experience and, more importantly, enjoy our training role very much. We see ourselves as a “multi-generational company” where some 300 employees have been working in their fields for varying lengths of time at our company. Some have only just begun; others have been working at KÄMMERER for decades. In many instances, sons and daughters of long-standing employees have also joined our company.   • Your marks in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and German are good

You are
not alone!

Every year, between six and nine apprentices take their first step towards a career at our company. This means you won’t be starting alone and will be with many like-minded people. Some of the, on average, 20 apprentices are already in their second or third year of training. You can learn from them; they will share their experience and knowledge with you and be on hand to give you useful tips.

Practical or technical internship

If you’d prefer to get a taste of working life here first, you can apply for a two- or three-week student internship in a technical/commercial field before making a decision. All you need to do is send us a letter of application, your CV and your last two school certificates.
