In 2024, we are excited to present our first CDP SME disclosure! KÄMMERER is deeply committed to environmental protection and climate action, and we aim to provide transparency about our initiatives. Sustainability is a key topic in our customer relationships, and this disclosure reinforces our position as a trusted partner in the supply chain.

We are proud to announce our first-time CDP SME disclosure in 2024. KÄMMERER is strongly committed to environmental protection and climate action, and we are dedicated to establishing transparency about the measures we have taken.

As a manufacturer of specialty papers in an energy-intensive industry, we strive to make our energy consumption as environmentally friendly as possible. In 2020, we took a major step by eliminating a significant portion of fossil fuels in our power plant and replacing them with climate-friendly biomass from waste wood, drastically reducing our annual fossil GHG emissions.

Sustainability has become a crucial topic in our customer discussions, both for traditional and new products. Beyond specific aspects like CO₂ emissions and resource conservation, we approach sustainability holistically to enhance our future viability and foster collaboration with our partners. The CDP disclosure is another step in positioning ourselves as a trusted supply chain partner.
